Ordering our gift certificates online is very simple. Here is a quick guide to help you understand how it works:

• Name, Email Address and Phone Number fields - This is how we can get in contact with you to either confirm your order or provide you with a copy of your completed certificate in case something unforeseen happens. (We do not SPAM).

• To whom is this certificate being issued? - If you wish to present your gift certificate to specific individuals, please enter their names here. While we don't recommend it, you can enter "Bearer" when certificates are awarded for employee performance incentives or other non-specific occasions.

• For what occasion... - This is where you can personalize your certificate, such as an anniversary message, wedding congratulations or any other appropriate message you would like to include on your certificate.

• For what value? - You may make your certificate good for any value you wish!

After you have completed your shopping (yes, you can include any number of items and gift certificates in your order), simply click any Checkout button and pay for your order.

When we receive confirmation from our merchant account provider, PayPal * , your gift certificate will be emailed to you at the address you included on the form. When you receive the gift certificate, you can then print or forward it to the recipient you had in mind.

* Important note about PayPal - You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for products and services! About 5 years ago when eBay™ acquired PayPal, that requirement was dropped. You may use any major credit card (including American Express™) to pay for your items.

Special instructions for individuals who may have had a PayPal account, but can no longer access it for some reason.

This is about the only problem we encounter and it is very simple to overcome:

• Fill out the gift certificate form or download, print and complete our order form. You don't need to Checkout.

• If you order on line, simply call our offices (303) 838-4167 and provide your credit card information. We will activate your gift certificate and email it to you.

• If you choose to print and complete our order form, include your credit card information where shown.
