From Interstate I-70(East or West), take C-470 EAST (Colorado Springs)
to US HWY 285/Hampden Avenue SOUTH (Fairplay).
From Interstate I-25 (North or South), take either C-470 WEST (Grand Junction) to US HWY 285/Hampden Avenue
SOUTH (Fairplay) or, further north, you may exist on Hampden Avenue/ US HWY 285 heading west towards the mountains.
From C-470, you‘ll travel about 20 miles through scenic mountain foothills passing townships of Indian Hills, Aspen Park, and Conifer. When the highway finally narrows into
two lane traffic, you‘ll begin a moderate down grade stretch, passing Shaffer‘s
Crossing (Elk Creek Road).
Less than a 1/4 mile further is our LEFT ONLY turnoff, 285 Frontage Road.
Drive less than a 1/4 mile, to DOUGLASS RANCH ROAD and turn LEFT. After another winding 1/4 mile, turn RIGHT and to road‘s end at BERRY HILL LANE - our private driveway (MCBB Directional Signs at each Turn).
Note: From DIA (Denver International Airport), E470-TOLL (Colorado Springs) may be taken as an alternative route directly to US Hwy 285
South (Fairplay) and avoid possible downtown Denver traffic congestion.

From Interstate I-25, take US Highway 24 West towards Woodland Park.
Turn right (North) on CR67 and travel on through Pikes National Forest to
Deckers. Turn
left (North) onto CR126 driving through Buffalo Creek and Pine along the South Platte River. Continue on to the
only Traffic Light at US Highway 285, turning right (North).
Proceed 1 more mile, turning right JUST pass Hwy mile marker 230 onto 285 Frontage
Road (Meadow Creek B&B Directional sign is posted). Turn at the 2nd right, Douglass Ranch Road and then, a 1/4 mile further, turn right at Berry Hill
Lane (Meadow Creek B&B directional signs posted at both turns).
